Of course Apple frowns upon this, but I think its an interesting project for any Mac fan.

Finally...A Reason to Visit China
Apparently there is a Willy Wonka style chocolate theme park slated to open in Beijing near the Olympic Bird Nest.

The world chocolate dream park will feature exhibitions with imitation Ming Dynasty porcelain cups made entirely of the sweet stuff, and life-size Terracotta Warriors that are good enough to eat.How long before they find traces of melamine in the chocolate?

Flashback Sunday
So I caught the latest episode of Family Guy tonight where Peter (played by Family Guy creator, Seth McFarlane) does a haunting rendition of "Suddenly" by Billy Ocean. The song brought back memories of days gone by in the 80s where life as a kid was so much simpler. I found a recent video of Billy singing his award-winning song and I must say that it's just as great today as it was then. Enjoy!

Deals for kids stuff
My cousin dropped off another eagerly awaited and much appreciated shipment of hand-me-down baby supplies today. I'm really convinced that there's some conspiracy going on behind baby supplies (and on a side note, wedding services). Why does a piece of cloth sewn into a ring (to be used as a sling) need to cost $40-60? Really? Does it really cost that much to manufacture? Perhaps they build a lot of marketing and shipping costs into the price of the item, but c'mon folks, it's not a complicated product. I'm surprised no one has ripped one apart reverse engineered it and made their own version to sell at a more reasonable price. Or perhaps someone already did and decided to join the ranks of the baby supply conspirators.
I thought I'd share some links to help fight the baby supply conspiracy...
